Claire is a specialist in life sciences with experience in providing communications advice to a number of international healthcare companies.  She joined M: in June 2010 from Abchurch Communications where she worked with a range of public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions (agreed or hostile), IPOs, delistings, shareholder actions, fundraisings and crisis management.  Prior to this, Claire worked on the Securities Business Team of a financial regulatory consultancy where she specialised in the practical application of compliance and MLRO solutions. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.
