M:Communications Advises MD Medical Group on Successful London IPO
M:Communications is pleased to have advised MD Medical Group, Russia's leading provider of women's and children's healthcare, on its IPO on the London Stock Exchange. The total offer size was $311 million, valuing the company at approximately $900 million.
MD Medical Group is the first Russian healthcare company to IPO, and only the second Russian company to list successfully in London so far in 2012. (The first was Ruspetro, which M: Communications also advised on its London float).
The team was led by Mary-Jane Elliott and Sarah Macleod in London and Tom Blackwell and Anna Yarmarkova in Moscow.
