M:Communications and Artemis Associates advise Graff Diamonds on $1bn Hong Kong IPO
M:Communications and Artemis Associates have been retained to advise Graff Diamonds, purveyor of the world’s most fabulous jewels, on its planned IPO. The IPO, in which Graff is expected to raise $1bn of new money, is planned for Hong Kong in 2012 and is expected to value the Company at around $5bn.
The M: team comprises Hugh Morrison, Kevin Soady and Kate Ruck Keene whilst the Artemis team comprises Diana Footitt, Vanita Sehgal and Amy Leung. Graff’s IPO is being led by Rothschild with bookrunner support from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Barclays and ICBC International.
