Mary Clark Joins M:Communications Strengthens International Healthcare Practice

M:Communications, Europe’s fastest-growing financial communications agency, has strengthened and expanded its international healthcare team with the senior appointment of Mary Clark.

M:Communications, Europe’s fastest-growing financial communications agency, has strengthened and expanded its international healthcare team with the senior appointment of Mary Clark.

Mary has nearly 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and a successful track record in providing strategic corporate and financial communications advice to a range of international healthcare companies. Mary joins from Capital MSL where she built and led the life sciences practice.  Prior to this she was Head of the European Consulting team at Thomson Reuters, the world’s largest investor relations company, where she advised a number of international companies on investor relations strategies. She has a wealth of experience in M&A, IPOs and fund raisings and has worked on over 30 corporate transactions to date.  

Mary started her career at BTG plc where she was Director of Corporate Communications. Whilst at BTG, she was involved in the Company’s IPO and the start-up of several new tech and biotech companies. Mary was the only advisor ranked in the top five biotech investor relations professionals in the Extel investor relations survey as voted by leading institutional investors and sell-side analysts.

Claire Dickinson has also recently joined M:’s healthcare team as a Consultant. Claire joins from Abchurch and brings with her solid experience in healthcare financial PR.
