Our clients are increasingly of the view that company news needs to reach much further than external business and investor audiences. Over the years we have grown our expertise so that we are able to produce solutions and programmes covering employees and unions both domestically and internationally.
We have handled internal communications and integration/merger campaigns for:
- a dual-centre international merger in the steel industry affecting almost 10,000 employees;
- a three-centre proposed merger in the aluminium sector reaching out to employees in a dozen countries around the world;
- a France-UK post-merger programme to acquaint new employees with new working practices and union agreements; and
- numerous internal initiatives in the banking, insurance, investment management and general financial services sector.
We look to co-ordinate our efforts across a multi-media platform of print, face-to-face briefings and electronic media including event-specific website output.
