About M:Communications

M: is a specialist financial communications consultancy. We partner with clients in long-term, strategic financial communication programmes as well as providing rapid-response consultancy services during periods of major corporate activity or crisis

M: operates at the highest level, advising CEOs, senior executives and investor relations teams. Our clients include high-profile multinationals and sector leading brands requiring M: to operate across the globe, with significant experience in complex, cross border transactions and projects.

Ethos and structure

M:Communications' overriding ethos is to provide objective and measured counsel - and supporting strategies - to our clients. We enable our clients to deliver their messages effectively in an increasingly crowded and short-termist landscape.

Each client's requirements are unique. Accordingly, M: will structure an appropriate team to reflect their needs - taking into consideration regional, industry and technical requirements. We will also ensure that our clients have a single point of contact with one of our most senior consultants, providing overarching strategy and counsel.

When events are moving rapidly, M: has the capacity to structure an appropriate team within one hour of an initial contact, should this be required.

Expertise

M:Communications is led by acknowledged leaders in the financial communications profession, with decades of experience and the valuable networks that have evolved in parallel. They are supported by a team with substantial experience and deep knowledge of the investment and media landscape, as well as broader issues.

Clients of M can draw upon a team of professionals who can quickly assess a given issue or situation and create a flexible, effective strategy which will be rigorously executed, whether over the short, medium or long-term.

International offering

M:Communications operates globally. We have offices in  London, Moscow, Dubai, Cape Town, New York, Hong Kong and Stockholm, as well as having the capacity and experience to work wherever our clients have an interest or presence. Our consultants have a wealth of international contacts and the capacity to execute sophisticated communications' strategies across the globe - utilising over a dozen languages spoken fluently in-house, including Mandarin, Russian and Arabic.

Our success in assisting clients on numerous cross-border assignments is objective evidence of the benefits we can bring to clients in managing their financial and investment communications. Kili

She came, she saw, she climbed.

Helena King reached the summit of mount Kilimanjaro on 1st January 2013.

She undertook this challenge in aid of Diabetes UK, a charity close to her heart as both her sister and a colleague at M:Communications are type I insulin-dependent diabetics.

To date she has raised £4692, a large amount of which came from corporate sponsorship from M:Communications and from her colleagues within the company.

The going was tough! It took her group 6 days to climb the mountain and they passed through surprisingly varied landscape and weather, from drenching rain to sub-zero temperatures, sore knees, aching backs, exhaustion and fear.  It was all worth it to see the snows of Kilimanjaro and the spectacular views from, what felt like the top of the world.

Helena’s sponsorship page is still open so please feel free to donate to this worthy cause at http://www.justgiving.com/Aimee-Robinson-0/
